Woven Fabrics and Combinations

Our Woven Roving (WR) reinforcements are made of glass and/or other fibers, based on direct, assembled or texturized rovings. The glass fibers have a sizing suitable for polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. On request, a special finish for thermoplastic and phenolic resins is available.

A complex of Woven Roving (WR) and chopped strand glass fibers in a single reinforcement available in two constructions:

- StitchMat: Stitch Bonded process in which WR is mechanically stitched to the CSM with a fine polyester-or glass yarn, without chemical binder.
- WovenPlus: Powder-Bonded process in which WR is "powder bonded" (glued) to one or more layers of chopped glass fibers (CSM).
